  • Food- Are you eating nutritious, whole foods?
  • Water- Are you hydrated?

Cravings are key in understanding what your body truly needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to understand your cravings and what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
